Kesar Singh

Principal/Director

After gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in property, commercial/business, immigration, and general practice areas by working at various small to mid-sized reputed Auckland law firms, Kesar started KS Legal Limited T/A Indus Legal in 2020. As a full-service law firm, Indus Legal offers commercial and private clients comprehensive professional services. Due to the firm's success, Kesar opened another office in Hamilton to serve the Hamilton communities.

As the original founder of the practice, Kesar is delighted that Indus Legal has developed into an excellent full-service law practice offering comprehensive services to both commercial and private clients. He understands the importance of strong communication with clients and staff. Kesar maintains positive relationships with his clients and connects them to new opportunities. He takes pride in providing personalized, transparent service with strong communication throughout. Kesar always takes the time to understand the scope of work and offers bespoke advice with a swift but diligent and commercial approach.

From the inception of Indus Legal, Kesar has developed a strong team that acts for a broad range of clients, including first-home buyers, high-net-worth individuals, companies, developers, and property developers. Divya Panchal

Legal Executive

Divya is an overseas law graduate who completed her studies in law and business and has also earned an LLM degree. She gained legal experience working in reputable small to mid-sized law firms in Auckland and overseas before joining Indus Legal’s property/commercial team over two years ago.

Additionally, Divya has a qualification as a company secretary from the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. As an expert Conveyancing Executive, Divya advises clients on various types of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold property, Refinance, and provides general property and commercial law advice. Divya is also responsible for administering our trust account and ensuring accurate record-keeping. She places great importance on client care and attention to detail and always strives to ensure that our clients’ transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. During her free time, Divya can be found working out at the local gym to stay fit.

Mankiran Gill

Solicitor

Mankiran obtained her Bachelor of Law from Waikato University and was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2023. She started her legal career at Indus Legal where she primarily focuses on property matters. Mankiran is dedicated to assist first home buyers with their purchases. Mankiran is known for providing support to her clients, making sure they have all the information and resources they need to make informed decisions. For Mankiran, the best part of her job is witnessing the joy of first home buyers as they take the big step towards homeownership. It's a fulfilling experience for her to be a part of their journey and to help them achieve their dream of owning their very own home. In her free time, Mankiran enjoys spending time with her family, growing indoor plants, and creating dried flower arrangements.
